The quiet operation behind a busy business.
Shoikoi designs the systems — reception, booking, follow-up, support — that let a small team run like a big one.
A few clients at a time, full attention on every build. You own every account, always.
Growth creates admin. Admin eats growth.
Missed calls
Calls that ring while you're with a client — or after close — quietly become bookings somewhere else.
Empty slots
No-shows and unconfirmed appointments burn hours you already sold. Enquiries go cold because nobody chased them on day 2, day 5, day 12.
The front-desk bottleneck
Booking, reminders, intake, rescheduling — all routed through you or one overloaded front desk. The business can't run a week without you.
Systems that pay for themselves.
Never miss a call
Reception that answers, qualifies and routes every call and message — 24/7, in your voice.
Calendars that fill themselves
Booking flows with reminders and rescheduling that kill no-shows.
Leads that don't go cold
Follow-up sequences that nurture every enquiry until it books or buys.
Support without the inbox
Customer-service automation that resolves the routine 80% instantly — and hands the rest to a human with full context.
Outbound that runs itself
Outreach agents that fill the pipeline while you deliver.
Your workflows, connected
Custom integrations that make the tools you already pay for finally talk to each other.
Start small. Prove it. Then scale what works.

Build
One low-risk system first, fixed scope and fixed price. Live in days, not months.
Expand
Once it's earning, we layer the next system. You own every account at every step.
This site runs on the thing we sell.
The assistant in the corner of this page is a live Shoikoi build — the same reception system we install for clients. Ask it anything: pricing, process, whether your workflow can be automated. It will answer, qualify you, and book the call itself. And yes — it runs on AI, the same kind we put to work for clients. Judge it by how it handles you, not by the label.
Built like craft, owned like property.
You own everything.
Every platform account is opened in your name. End the engagement and everything keeps working — and keeps being yours. Most agencies hold your systems hostage. We can't, by design.
Tailored, not templated.
Systems designed around how your business actually runs — not a plug-and-play preset with your logo on it.
Measured, not promised.
Every build ships with its own scoreboard — enquiries answered, bookings recovered, hours saved. You watch the numbers move; you don't take our word for it.
FAQ
First builds are fixed-scope and fixed-price, typically $1,000–2,500 depending on the system. You get a working system, documentation, a recorded handover, and a warranty period. No retainers required to start.
About two hours total: the kickoff call, a mid-build check, and a handover walkthrough. The point of the system is to need less of you, starting with the build itself.
Every build includes a warranty window where fixes are on us. After that, you can have a maintenance plan or call us when needed — your choice, because you own the system either way.
You do. Every account is registered to you from day one. We keep our methods; you keep everything else. It's in the contract, in writing.
Where it earns its place, yes. Reception, follow-up and support conversations run on AI because software answers in seconds, around the clock. Everything else is plain automation. You never touch any of it — and a human stays in the loop wherever judgment matters. You get the outcome; the machinery is our job.
Shoikoi is run by Stanislav Petkov — one senior systems builder, working with a small number of clients at a time. The koi swims upstream; so do businesses that fix their operations while competitors drown in admin.
Shoikoi is a European company built around US clients — your timezone for calls, your tools, your contracts in plain English. The systems live in your accounts, where you are. (EU business? Also welcome — we're GDPR-native by design.)
Twenty minutes.
No pitch.
Bring your messiest process. Leave knowing exactly what a system would cost — and what it would save.
