Terms of Use

Last updated: 08.07.2026

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Shoikoi LTD ("Shoikoi", "we"), a company registered in Bulgaria UIC 208352226. By using the site, you accept them.

What this site is

This website is informational. It describes the systems Shoikoi builds and lets you enquire or book an introductory call. Nothing on this site is a binding offer: prices, ranges, timelines, and service descriptions are indicative, and every engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Booking and forms

Submitting a form or booking a call creates no obligation on either side — it's a conversation, not a contract. You agree to provide accurate information in the forms. We may decline or cancel introductory calls at our discretion, including where the qualification information provided appears inaccurate.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant on this site is an automated software demonstration. It may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and nothing it says constitutes advice, a quotation, or a commitment by Shoikoi. Binding statements come only from a human, in writing.

Intellectual property

The Shoikoi name, the koi-in-enso mark, and all content, copy, design, and code on this site belong to Shoikoi LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission. Viewing and sharing links to the site is, of course, fine.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach its security, scrape personal data, submit malicious content through forms or chat, or interfere with its operation.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies; we're not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, Shoikoi LTD is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and disputes about this website are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, where applicable, are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published here, with its date above.
